🔁 Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Product variation

  • Item received is different from what was ordered

Exchange eligibility requirements:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All included tags and accessories must be intact

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may:

  • choose another item of equal value

  • pay the difference for a higher-value product

Refunds for exchange requests are processed and approved by our warehouse team.

  • Flash sale items, discounted products, and gift items are non-refundable unless defective.
